Good questions to ask
- When and where is the next practice, and do I need to arrange a visit?
- Is the session suitable for my age, experience and access needs?
- What should I bring, and are there any costs or participation requirements?
- Who should I speak to when I arrive?

Check the maintained event page for dates, location, classes, costs and registration arrangements. Ask the organizer whether this event is a suitable first step for you.
Your first questions.
Do I need to be on the leaderboard to get started?
No. Website points come from published podium results. The directory is a record of those results, not a membership list. Start by connecting with the practice group.
Can a young person take part?
The St. Louis series publishes youth classes for ages 14–18. See its maintained event details and ask the organizer about suitability and any participation or supervision requirements. Other events and practices may have different arrangements.
Who can answer questions about para participation or access?
Email the organizer about the practice or event you are considering and your access needs. Confirm the available arrangements before attending.
How do I register for a tournament?
Follow the registration information on the relevant event page. The newcomer guide does not take registrations. Ask the organizer if an event page does not answer your question.
What if I cannot use the Facebook group?
Email info@ArmwrestlingSudbury.ca or use the organizer contact page to ask about getting connected to local practice.
